"Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through
the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,"
( 2 Peter 1:2 )

Dearly Beloved,
Did you ever wonder what is meant by God's Grace? Well,
"Grace" means the freely given, "unmerited favor and love
of God," given to HIS Children! Now, God Demonstrates
His own love for us in that while we were still
sinners: Christ died for us.. ( Romans 5:8 )

Therefore; Dear friends, since God so loved us,
we ought to love one another. No one has ever
seen God; but if we love one another, God lives
in us and His love is made complete in us.
( 1 John 4:11-12 )

So always; Love the Lord your God with all your
heart and with all your soul and with all your
strength ( Mark 12:30 ) After all, HE showers us with
more love than that every day.

Finally Beloved, I pray that you, being rooted and
established in love, may have power, together
with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long
and high and deep is the love of Christ, that
you may be filled to the measure of all the
fullness of God. Amen. ( Ephesians 3:17-19 )

Grace to you and peace from God the
Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who
gave Himself for our sins, that He might
deliver us from this present evil age,
according to the will of our God and
Father,
( Galatians 1:3-4 *NKJV )

Dearly Beloved,
As you know, no one knows what the future holds for them,
but the Children of God may have peace of mind! Our
Heavenly Father has great plans for our future, not only on
Earth, but in Heaven as well! For; it is written: "Eye has
not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered
into the heart of man The things which God
has prepared for those who love Him.
( 1 Corinthians 2:9 )

Therefore we have no reason to fear the future, for with God
in charge, there is no need to worry about anything! For in
this life when we have heartache and woe, He is always there
to comfort and guide us, and in our next life, we will live with
him in Paradise forever!

No, we cannot imagine all of the wonderful things that God
has planned for our future, but one thing that we may count
on is that the best is yet to come! For I know the
thoughts that I think toward you, says the
LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil,
to give you a future and a hope. Therefore;
There is hope in your future, says the LORD,
( Jeremiah 29:11 ) & ( Jeremiah 31:17 )

So Beloved, have a Wonderful day, and may God's
Great Love, Hope and Faith, fill your heart and mind, and may;
The peace of God, which surpasses all
understanding, guard your heart and mind
through Christ Jesus. Amen.
( Philippians 4:7 )
THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 3rd 2009

let the peace of God rule in your hearts,
to which also you were called in one
body; and be thankful.
( Colossians 3:15 *NKJV )

Dearly Beloved,
In this World today it is hard for many to find any
peace at all! Perhaps it was that way for you before you
accepted Jesus Christ; But now in Christ Jesus
you who once were far off have been brought
near by the blood of Christ. And through our
relationship with Jesus Christ we have peace.
Because; For He Himself is our peace.
( Ephesians 2:13-14 )

Therefore always have faith in God knowing that He is in
control of everything, and will help His Children through any
difficulty. After all it is written; Do not be anxious about
anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all
understanding, will guard your heart and your
mind in Christ Jesus. ( Philippians 4:6-7 )

So Beloved, if you aren't enjoying the Peace of God that
transcends all understanding right now, do as our Savior
Jesus Christ taught us, for He said; "Let not your heart
be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in
Me." For when you do, you will find true peace
indeed! Amen. ( John 14:1 )

"Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt
preserve me from trouble; thou shalt
compass me about with songs of
deliverance. Selah."
( Psalms 32:7 )

Dearly Beloved,
Now when problems surround us and we feel
overwhelmed by them, we all would like to escape from
them even if it is for only a little while! When we turn our
problems over to God we can escape!

Thus, just like king David who wrote; Though I walk
in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;
You will stretch out Your hand Against the
wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand
will save me. For in the time of trouble He
shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret
place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He
shall set me high upon a rock.
( Psalms 138:7 ) ( Psalm 27:5 )

For; The LORD will guide you continually,
And satisfy your soul in drought, And
strengthen your bones; You shall be like a
watered garden, And like a spring of water,
whose waters do not fail.
( Isaiah 58:11 )

So Beloved, the next time problems start getting you
down, and you think it is impossible to handle them,
remember the words of our Savior Jesus Christ; "The
things which are impossible with men are
possible with God." Amen.
( Luke 18:27 )

"But in all things approving ourselves as the
ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions,
in necessities, in distresses, For our light affliction,
which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more
exceeding and eternal weight of glory;"
( 2 Cor 6:4 ) & ( 2 Cor 4:17 )

Dearly Beloved,
Now we all, from time to time, have problems or troubles
in our life. After all life is not a piece of cake, or is it? So
the next time you feel troubled why not have a piece of.....

God's Cake

Sometimes we wonder, "What did I do to deserve this", or
"Why did God have to do this to me". Here is a wonderful
explanation!

A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going
wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her
and her best friend is moving away.

Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her
daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says,
"Absolutely Mom, I love your cake."

"Here, have some cooking oil," her Mother offers.

"Yuck" says her daughter.

"How about a couple raw eggs?"

"Gross, Mom!"

"Would you like some flour then?

Or maybe baking soda?"

"Mom, those are all yucky!"

To which the mother replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad
all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right
way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake!

God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He
would let us go through such bad and difficult times. For God
knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they
always work for good! We just have to trust Him and,
eventually, they will all make something wonderful!

Always remember Beloved, God is crazy about you.
He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen. He can live anywhere in
the universe, and He chose your heart.

Now I hope your day is a "piece of cake!" After all, Life may
not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might
as well dance.

"Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts;
The whole earth is full of His glory!"
( ISAIAH 6:3 *NKJV )

Dearly Beloved,
Indeed, the whole Earth is full of His Glory! You can
see it in a beautiful sunrise or sunset. You can feel it
in the soft summer breeze. You can touch it by
holding a newborn babe. You can smell it in the flowers.
It is ever abundant all around, for no matter where we
live, beauty surrounds us! For, He has made
everything beautiful in its time. (Ecc 3:11 )
What a beautiful planet we live on, and what a wonderful
Heavenly Father we have!

Why not take a few moments today to look around
and behold the Glory of God's Creation? It will make
you proud to be a Child of God, and give you a peaceful
feeling deep within! Also, if you aren't planning to already
why not attend the Church of your choice today, and;
Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him
according to His excellent greatness!
( Psalms150:2 )

Have a wonderful day Beloved, and may it be filled
with Peace, Love & Joy, and may; The grace of our
Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
( Philippians 4:23 )

"All the days of the afflicted are evil:
but he that is of a merry heart hath a
continual feast."
( Proverbs 15:15 )

Dearly Beloved,
We are all Architects of our own future! The thoughts we
have today dictate what our future holds for us tomorrow.
Therefore a person who has positive thoughts shall have positive
results, just as a person who has negative thoughts shall attract
negative results in their life.

Therefore if we start our day by counting all of our blessings,
and then try to have positive thoughts all day, our hearts will be
indeed merry! Thus as it is written; A merry heart makes
a cheerful countenance, But by sorrow of the
heart the spirit is broken. ( Proverbs 15:13 )

Therefore be thankful for all that you have, for; Happy are
the people who are in such a state; Happy are the
people whose God is the Lord! ( Psalms 144:15 )
After all it is then that you will have a continual feast! So enjoy
your meal, and by the way, the special today is a double helping
of God's Love!

Now may; The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and
the love of God, and the communion of the Holy
Spirit be with you all. Amen. (2 Corinthians 13:14)

"Be sober, be vigilant; because your
adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may
devour:"
( 1 Peter 5:8 )

Dearly Beloved,
As you know we all face temptations from time to time.
When we are tempted it is important to remember that
they come from satan, and not God. For it is written;
Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am
tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted
by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
But each one is tempted when he is drawn
away by his own desires and enticed.
( James 1:13-14 )

So when satan tries to tempt you; submit to God.
Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
( JAMES 4:7 ) After all our Savior Jesus Christ gave
us power over the devil when He said,
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on
serpents and scorpions, and over all the power
of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means
hurt you. ( Luke 10:19-20 )

Finally; Put on the whole armor of God, that
you may be able to stand against the wiles
of the devil. ( Ephesians 6:10-11 ) Then you
will be able to take names and kick serpent, when satan
tries to tempt you! Amen.

"24Neither say they in their heart,
Let us now fear the LORD our God,
that giveth rain, both the former and
the latter, in his season: he reserveth
unto us the appointed weeks of the
harvest."
( Jeremiah 5:24 )

Dearly Beloved,
The beautiful colors of Autumn are upon us. A time of harvest,
and a slight Winter chill in the air. After all; There is a time for
everything, and a season for every activity
under heaven: ( Ecclesiastes 3:1 )

So today Beloved, I would like to share a poem with you about
one of my favorite seasons! I hope you will enjoy it!

Although I like September,
I feel a sadness, too,
As the summer days now dwindle
To just a precious few.
The corner play lot's empty
With a melancholy look;
The children have returned to school
With pencil, pad and book.
Songbirds are flying south again
Before the cold winds blow;
I marvel how our caring God
Tells them it's time to go.
The hills are tinged with red and gold,
Etched on Summer's green
And everywhere I look I see
A golden harvest scene.
A pumpkin in the garden patch
Lends a note of cheer,
Reminding us God sends bright gifts
Whatever time of year.
So I will greet September,
Put on my brightest shawl,
Be thankful for each season sent
As Summer turns to Fall.
Poet: Kay Hoffman

So Beloved, enjoy the beginning of Fall, and enjoy the last days
of Summer while they are still with us, because the leaves are
starting to fall, and Winter will soon be upon us.

"Ye are all the children of light,
and the children of the day:
we are not of the night, nor of
darkness."
( 1 Thessalonians 5:5 )

Dearly Beloved,
The word light in the Bible refers to being a child of God.
Darkness or night refers to being evil, for a child of darkness
belongs to satan. Thus we are children of the light, for it is
written; This is the message we have heard from
him and declare to you: God is light. and; The
LORD is God, and He has made His light shine
upon us. (1 John 1:5 ) ( Psalms 118:27 )

Now when we walk in that glorious light we become
cleansed from all of our sins. For it is written: if we
walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have
fellowship with one another, and the blood of
Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
( 1 John 1:7 )

So Beloved, let God light your pathway through this life, for
as a Child of God; "You are the light of the world.
Therefore, let your light shine before men, that
they may see your good deeds and praise your
Father in heaven. Amen ( Matthew 5:14 & 16 )
September 11th 2009

Jesus Christ said;
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I
give unto you: not as the world giveth,
give I unto you. Let not your heart be
troubled, neither let it be afraid."
( John 14:27 )

Dearly Beloved,
Now with all that is going on in the World today it
is hard to have any peace of mind. After all, with wars
and rumors of wars, terrorists, and violent weather etc
happening all over the World, it is a bit unsettling to say
the least!

So remember that Jesus told us; "You will hear
of wars and rumors of wars, but
see to it that you are not alarmed.
Such things must happen, but the
end is still to come. Nation will
rise against nation, and kingdom
against kingdom. There will be
famines and earthquakes in various
places. All these are the beginning
of birth pains." ( Matthew 24:6-8 )
Birth pains of a new age that is, so no doubt the Universe is
unfolding as it should be.

Therefore keep your mind focused on Jesus Christ
for He also said; "I have told you these
things, so that in me you may have
peace. In this world you will have
trouble. But take heart! I have
overcome the world."( John 16:33 )

So Beloved, why not start each day with the following
prayer, and even better yet, why not try to live by it as well.
Then, Let the peace of Christ rule in
your hearts, since as members of
one body you were called to peace.
And be thankful, and by living this prayer it will
help you find true peace and serenity indeed!

God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;
Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful World as it is,
Not as I would have it;
Trusting that You will make all things right
If I surrender to Your will;
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with You
Forever in the next. Amen.
Author, Reinhold Niebuhr

Now Beloved, don't you feel more peaceful right now?
I thought so. Have a great day! Amen!
September 13th 2009

"Cast thy bread upon the waters: for
thou shalt find it after many days. Give
a portion to seven, and also to eight;
for thou knowest not what evil shall
be upon the earth."
( Ecclesiastes 11:1-2 )

Dearly Beloved,
Many people have wondered what is meant by "Cast
your bread upon the water, and you will find it." Well, it is
An old Hebrew Idiom meaning to give to charity and it will
be returned to you.

After all it is written; He who is kind to
the poor lends to the LORD, and he will
reward him for what he has done. This is
because; There will always be poor people
in the land. Therefore I command you
to be openhanded toward your brothers
and toward the poor and needy in your
land.
( Proverbs 19:17 ) ( Deuteronomy 15:11 )

So Beloved, always remember those who are in need,
and the homeless among us: So the poor have hope,
and injustice shuts its mouth. After all our Savior
Jesus Christ said; 'I tell you the truth, whatever
you did for one of the least of these brothers
of mine, you did for me.' Amen.
( Matthew 25:40 )

Have a Wonderful Week, Beloved, and may: The
grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your
spirit. Amen. ( Philippians 4:23 )
September 14th 2009

Be strong and of good courage, do not
fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD
your God, He is the One who goes with
you. He will not leave you nor forsake
you."
( Deuteronomy 31:6 *NKJV )

Dearly Beloved,
Those words were spoken by Moses to all the Children of
Israel.

The Prophet David also wrote, In God I have put
my trust; I will not be afraid. What can
man do to me? ( Psalm 56:11 )

Our Savior Jesus Christ said; "And lo, I am with
you always, even to the end of the age."
( Matthew 28:20 )

The Apostle Paul wrote; For He Himself has said,
"I will never leave you nor forsake you .
So we may boldly say:" The LORD is my
helper; I will not fear. What can man do
to me?" ( Hebrews 13:5-6 )

Those words are as true today as when they were spoken
by Jesus, Paul, David and Moses! For our Heavenly Father is
always with us, helping, guiding and protecting us as we walk
the pathway of this life. With help like that why be fearful of
the future or anything else?

Therefore Beloved, as a child of God do not fear another person,
place or thing! After all what is fear but the opposite of faith!
So put all of your faith in God and you will be able to say;
I sought the LORD, and He heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. Amen.
( Psalm 34:4 )
