Will there be animal sacfarices during the millennium?

The Millennial Kingdom passages which make plain that a sacrificial system will be active during the thousand year reign of Christ on earth. These sacrifices are both by Ezekiel (Eze. 43:20, 26; 45:15, 17, 20), but also by four other prophets (Isa. 56:7; 66:20-23; Jer. 33:18; Zec. 14:16-21; Mal. 3:3-4).1

If this is true, than will animals have flesh bodies?

There will be no animal sacrifices during the millennium, all forms are in spirit.

Remember, Jesus Christ was are sacrifice, the lamb of God, for remission of sins,

to sacrifice a animal would be unwise as you would be saying Christ was not sufficient.

Hollo Priscilla, I forgive you, thank you for the apology. I can see why you would think what you were thinking after what you said below, I hope your right about no animal sacrifice in the millennium, I love animals.

I do apologize Sootie.  I misunderstood your question.  I had just recently read about a fellow that is raising these red cows because of a scripture in the OT and ASSUMED you might be one of those.  I do feel bad. (never assume, lol)  Hope you will find it in your heart to forgive me.

This weirdo.....is slaughtering his own stock and shedding senceless blood of these poor beasts.  I was just outraged.  I hope they caught the guy and he's in jail.  If it serves any other purpose then the cause of survival.....or love (a pet) then it is nothing more or less then animal cruelty.

I do not believe there will be any more physical blood shed after the Day of the Lord. (1st day of the millinium)  I just feel we need it now in these  flesh bodys for survival.  1 Corinthians 15. goes into detail about the seperation of entitys.

From what I gather......there are only 2?

I will read more on this and I thank you for the enspiration regarding this subject.  Causes me to dig a little deeper in our Father's Word.

God Bless Sootie

Thank you for your reply on my post His_Will. As for Eze 40-48, I believe it is talking about the mellunnium/Lors's day. So we will all be in our celestial bodies, mortal or immortal depending on our standing with our father 1 cor 15:53.

The sacrifices during the mellunnium will not be for forgiveness of sin because this is the time for salvation, the (first advent)."Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ..." (Acts 3:19). King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.).

We also know that the children ate manna in the wilderness, which is angles food. So by this we can conclude that angles do eat food. King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.

So this leaves me to believe we will also eat food when we step into our spiritual bodies at the 7th trump.

So if we were in spiritual bodies in the first earth age, and the animals were in flesh bodies, this could be the case with the 3rd earth age.

After He was resurrected Jesus asked for food, perhaps to show that he was a tangible being. They gave Him some broiled fish, which He ate. (Luke 24:41-42) He may have also eaten fish and bread with the disciples in John 21:12-13.

1 Timothy 4:4
For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

There are verses in Ezekiel 40 – 48 that show that the people of Israel will be eating sacrifices. I’m not completely sure if it will continue in the New Earth. Some verses look like they’re pointing to that. You can make a case for it. That’s why I lean towards that view because of what the sacrifices represent—an eternal memorial to the Lord Jesus Christ as the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world.

Priscilla, you have no cause to be offended by my question, and as far as my relationship with our father is concerned, that is between me and our father. It's not your place to judge that relationship. If you read the passages that I posted you would understand the question that I am asking.

As far as sacrifices.

That is long gone.

CHRIST.....became the ultimate sacrifice.

I could almost be offended by your question.

REPENT!!!  Because CHRIST made that possible for ALL souls.  Without that.....GOOD LUCK!!!

Will animals have flesh bodys?

Hard to say.

Different dimension.

I have asked myself (and others <--) this (TYPE) question (which i tend to base around Zech.14:21 spacifically).

As for Eze.40-48 It is written in relation to the temple of old as well as the eturnal kingdom (beginning with the Lord's day/millennium). Those of us that relate Eze.40-48 to the Lord's Day have to do so indirectly. THis perhaps helps us in understanding other areas in which seemingly physical sacrifices are in refferance to areas of which we are in the Spirit (during the Lord's Day).

Yeshua left us with a way to relate the physical sense of The Physical Sacrifice of all sacrifices to its self in other ways. Lk.22:19-20 &

1 Cor.11:23-25  For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

We will no longer have to observe the sacrifice in "Rememberance" of Mashiach  DURING THE LORD's DAY for his sheep will be gathered together unto him at the Lord's Day (the millennium)! Christ fulfilled the  atonements <-- (sacrifice) for one and all times! So when we have indirect mention of The sacrifice in relation to the Lord's day we have mention of that relationship we embrace with Christ and His righteousness. In these situations its notable that we are dependant on the Right Hand of YHVH.

Is.56:7 is in relation to the wicked returning to YHVH. (YHVH makes this possible through Yeshua HaMashiach but more literally communicated in the Tanach as pertaining to sacrifice.) The literal concepts being shadows of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Jer.33 points to sacrifices as being Completed in The LORD.

Zech 14 speaks Directly of the Lord's Day while yet still using the current concepts of Torah in relation to man to carry the message. All those that have come unto the Lord are in the practice of observing The Sacrifice (right hand of YHVH).

.......

I see scripture as saying All are changed (shed the flesh) at the instant of the 7th trumpet (the beginning of the Lord's day). 1 Cor.15:50-52 /1 Thess.4:17/ (2 Cor.5:8/ Ecc.12:6-7)/ Rev.19:18/ Heb.9:27/ Matt.24:31...

Those that understand this (That we are all in Spirit/ seperate from flesh during the Lord's Day) naturally need to continue to consider the meat of the Word Spiritually when we consider areas in the Tanach that we relate to the Lord's day that also mentions sacrifice. If we are Only in spirit and Not in the flesh what good would physical animal sacrifices be? That would be vanity. It's much like an athiest insisting that you prove a Spiritual reality in a physical way. While we were yet in the flesh God's choosen people in the OT observed Spiritual truths in the physical letter of ordinances to show reverance while in the Physical. In the Spirit all these concepts carry over yet in a Spiritual way. The Physical concept is finished (fulfilled) or rejected once judgement has come.

This is a very involved subject matter (not an eazy revelation for me to put into words) but in closing i would just like to share

Hosea 6:6 For I desired mercy (love), and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings. (*Gen.22:8)

Following the Lord's Day we have the 3rd Aion. At this time we have spacific mention of the animals that once were preditors (in the flesh) dont even eat flesh Is.65:25. In Ecc.3:19 we have mention of the breath of beasts haveing a glory other than a physical one(1 Cor.15:39). If they have a greater glory than that of the flesh i dont see why they would have flesh during the Lord's day. Its not on our behalf cause we are not in flesh and we have The sacrifice that is Yeshua! Father Always provides the sacrifice!
