A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a forward mouth.
Matthew 15:11
Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man

Matthew 12:34 /KJV

34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. *(Don't look over the fact that some decieve many with there speech, and some bless with the mouth but inwardly curse you) (Matt.10:26)

Matthew 15:18
18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

_____Discernment_____

Matt.16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

(Spiritual Discernment)
Matt.7:13-/20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

1 Corinthians 3:13
13Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
Ecclesiastes 7:5
It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.

We as Christians have the gift of Spiritual Discernment for a reason. Yet never is one to condemn another as to say they are hopeless of salvation that is'nt our job. We rather are called to share the good news (Gospel), the fact that salvation is open to whomsoever would.

Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

1 Corinthians 4:5
5Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Matthew 7
Judge not, that ye be not judged.

Luke 11:33 (King James Version)

33No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

Romans 10:10
10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Words are spiritual!

Jeremiah 23:36
And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man's word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.

Matthew 4:4

For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they speak.

Proverbs 8:13
The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the forward mouth, do I hate.

Proverbs 13:3
He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

What are we told about the speech of Moses?
Exodus 3:11). “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am ~slow~ of speech and slow of tongue” (4:10). “Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh heed me?” (6:30).
~ Kaw-bade’~ - figuratively in a good sense (numerous) or in a bad sense (severe, difficult, stupid):--(so) great, grievous, hard(-ened), (too) heavy(-ier), laden, much, slow, sore, thick.

Was it slow, was it so rich it needed to be simplified to be received, impeded, raw - lacking eloquence ???
Where does eloquence relate to sharing wisdom (truth)?
Brit chadashah
Acts 7:22 And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was ‘mighty in words’ and in deeds!
1 Cor.13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

Humbleness: Takes a well disciplined vessel to receive a raw condemning truth. The lukewarm layman is more interested in being accepted Before they choose to have interest in receiving but sometimes acceptance comes through the receiving a raw truth. Moses came to a point that he presented the raw truth of a redline (respect) before The Nation could proceed and receive.

1 Sam 2 3Do not increasingly speak haughtily; Let not arrogance come out of your mouth, For the Lord is a God of thoughts, And to Him are deeds counted. .....
Do not increasingly speak haughtily: All those who are haughty when good fortune shines upon them. And according to the peshat, she is speaking for the benefit of Peninnah, who behaved haughtily toward her. According to the derash, however, we follow J’s translation.

arrogance: (Lit.) strong speech. Others explain it as an expression of falsehood, something which is removed from the truth, like ויעתק“and he moved from there to the mountain” (Gen. 12: 8. )We, therefore, render: Let not falsehood come out of your mouth.

For the Lord is a God of thoughts: He knows what is in your heart.

And to Him are deeds counted: All men’s deeds are counted before Him. Heb. ‘nithk’nu,’ an expression of number, like: and the number (tochen) of bricks shall you give (Ex. 5:18).

Titus 1

For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:  11 Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.

“However, if one is a heretic as defined by Jewish law,[45] it is considered commendable to speak negatively about him in order to assure others disassociate themselves from him.[46] Furthermore, if one sees that speaking negatively about someone will help to curtail the damage the subject is intending to bring about unfairly, doing so is permitted – perhaps required even.[47]”

Lashon Hara (evil speech)

Often times those who gossip don't even take time to realize how much time and energy they waste doing so. Gossip doesn't uplift anyone spiritually. Those with the gift of discernment recognize gossip as being the works of the enemy.

Devil (Greek/ diabllo)- slanderer, accuser (G#1228)

Satan G#4567 the accuser, that is, the devil: - Satan.

(note: 1 Cor.5:5some people deserve to be left to accusations for some never start looking up until they hit rock bottom)

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night - Rev.12:10

The purpose of gossip is to break others down and doesn't stress forgiveness. Accusations done both behind someones back and before their face is known as Gossip (evil speach) or in the Hebrew: lashon hara.

"Speech is considered to be lashon hara if it says something negative about a person or party, is not previously known to the public, is not seriously intended to correct or improve a negative situation, and most importantly, is true.Statements that fit this description are considered to be lashon hara, regardless of the method of communication that is used, whether it is through face-to-face conversation, a written letter, telephone, or email." - Wiki

There are negative effects for spreading negatives of others and according to Torah is seen as a serious sin and total disrespect of civil laws.

Those who are a slave to this sin often use stereotypes, labels, propaganda, and ideologies to spread ignorance and hate (strife/division) towards not only individuals but people by the masses. Often times those fallen victims of these tactics of the enemy in return take up the same tactics. This happens when those who exsperiance such begin to label and stereotype their enemy and teach their congregation and kids such tactics based on this rather than individual fruits. A well known Overcomer of this is Martin Luther King Jr. with his "I have a dream" speach!

"I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal. I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood."

"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."- Martin Luther King Jr.
