Who will be "left"/ "taken"?
Matt 24:36-44
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

* Who is taken?
"taken" Greek # 3880 to receive near, that is, associate with oneself (in any familiar or intimate act or relation); by analogy to assume an office; figuratively to learn: - receive, take (unto, with).
* Who is left?
("left" Greek # 863
(to send; an intensive form of to send forth, in various applications: - cry, forgive, forsake, lay aside, leave, let (alone, be, go, have), omit, put (send) away, remit, suffer, yield up.)
* Who is the Thief?

* Which one is Blessed? (the one "taken" or the one "left")

It tells us it is the name of the LORD.
The Jews would not pronounce the name Jehovah out of reverent fear of violating the law by taking Gods name in vain, so when they came upon the name in HEBREW Scriptures (which are not for English speaking people today) JHVH (English transliteration of the Hebrew into English letters) was written and spoke as LORD. The AV translators followed the tradition of reverence and respect of the Hebrew text in using the English word LORD.
But there are a few times that LORD is not JHVH but YAHH. Then there is a term where GOD (all caps) is not JHVH but Y@hovih (pronounced Yahovee). But yet there are other used of LORD and GOD interchangeable for the JHVH.
Up until the time of Moses and there Exodus no one knew this name. Exodus 6:3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by [the name of] God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.
This tells us that this name was reserved for blue Blood Born Jews of Which many Christians are not. LORD is satisfactory in addressing Father God, and Lord for our saviour Jesus Christ. There is not spiritual benefit in it. Jesus never called God JAH, Jehovah, Elohim he always called him LORD, Father and God. How do we know that? Because God who kept his promise to preserve his words to all generations forever and inspired the English AV translation for our current time which is the last days so that we have all his words just as He meant for us to have them.
If we say that there isn't a whole complete inspired Bible in our language in this generation then our God is not almighty to preserve his words or keep his promise to do so. Which would leave us following a fake.

But:
There is a thin line between reverent fear, superstition and denial.

But:
- Moses, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were not “blue Blood Born Jews”.
- “J” was not in the Hebrew language and is only a late addition to the English language in which it was obviously acceptably pronounced differently before this.
“LORD is satisfactory in addressing Father God, and Lord for our saviour Jesus Christ.”
But:
- When you say “Lord” and “LORD” how does the listener plainly know who you are referring to, especially if it is in the same sentence ?

who hath established all the ends of the earth?
what is his name,
and what is his son’s name,
if thou canst tell?

You can suppose superstition but the Jews were much more reverent than superstitions come the time of Jesus.
Abram is the one God called out to become the Jewish nation. He starts the line and anyone from him and Sarah is of that line. so Issacc and Jacob and his 12 sons are the Blueblood Jews
Lord or LORD how do they know. We teach it so they know. There are some OT scriptures that use LORD but when you compare it to the NT Gospel books you find it is speaking of Jesus. Some times when the Holy Ghost inspires the use of an OT scripture you find he will change LORD to Lord as well. this is not to confuse but to show that they are one, three but one 1John5:7AV.
and by the way Y@howshuwa`, yeh-ho-shoo'-ah means Jehovah SAVED. But like I said we are not Hebrews and we do not speak Hebrew and there is no complete inerrant Hebrew Bible today as the English AV. So the Name above all names will be Jesus.
Don't trust Strong's we have found lots of errors in his teaching and understanding as well. He also used classical Greek meaning for Koine Greek words. He thought it ok to do so and in the end made a mess out of things. If you want to know and understand any word it the AV you just look up all the words and study them out in context and you will find that the AV Bible defines all the words for you.
You see once you go outside the Bible you tell God he was to weak to preserve his word and keep his promise to preserve you and I a Bible in our language today.

You are ignoring the fact that Jacob had 12 sons which became the Twelve Tribes of Israel, with the tribe of Judah being only one of the Twelve Tribes and named after only one of Jacobs sons.
Around the time just before Christ many Canaanites/Edomites were forced to convert and become so called ‘Jews’ who today make up “the controversy of Zion” (Isaiah 34:8) in “the synagogue of Satan” (Revelation 2:9; 3:9). They are also the ones today, like you, who say that ‘Jews’ make up all of Jacob/Israel, contrary to the truth of the Bible.

I was taught by Pastor Murray that the spelling of our GOD
is YHVH.
I have not questioned his teaching in this matter nor would
I have the knowledge to do so.

Well then this shows you don't believe that God kept his word to preserve all his words to every generation in Ps 12:6,7. This shows that you believe that the Bible has errors in the way it was translated and therefore you or another must go to an underlying Greek (copy not an original) text to change the English words.
This would be good except that the underlying Greek word here in 1Thess 4 is not Neuma it is the "aer" Our English word is a transliteration not a translation of the Greek.
I have in my hand a book that contains all the words of God preserved for my generation in English. He guided, led and inspired the English AV so that ALL His words were preserved so that His promise that his word will be preserved to all generations would be kept.
Those who need to go to Greek to change the words of God to fit their pet doctrine and practices are generally cults like JW's, Mormon's, Roman Catholic's and others. Will we associate ourselves with groups like these by following their practices (heresies).
you are correct the Nuema means breath but in 1 Thess 4 the word Nuema is not in the underlying text therefore to add to the word of God is to violate the three warnings not to take or add to His word.

Unless you are interpreting caught away and the gathering together into the air as flying? I know I never have.
I never said shepherd's chapel was a cult. Do you always put words in people mouths.
When you find a verifiable true, inerrant, whole, and complete in its entirety original Greek or Hebrew Bible be sure to send it to me. the key there is verified by the scholars that the book is a true original not a copy.
