Brian Thompson shooting?

Brian Thompson was the CEO of untied health Group made 10 million a year and his wife said he had been receiving threats and stated the police told her is was a planned hit. (9mm) and the gunman also cleared gun glitch with confidence and held gun like he was trained. A Witness said shooter had been hanging around (as if waiting for Brian) then when he showed up immediately took action (shooting in the back ) not even caring to make himself known or to spark argument.

UnitedHealth Group is so dominant, in fact, that the U.S. Justice Department filed a civil antitrust suitjust last month to try to block its proposed $3.3 billion acquisition of rival home health care and hospice agencies.

So what is the Motive here? Why would someone want him dead?
