Revelation 2:5-Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Here God is speaking to the churches and unto one that he finds fault with he warns of taking away their candlestick! This is to say that they no longer align with truth in the will of God or symbolize such but rather have seperated themselves to the point that God does not use them to bring forth his will and works!

We are not to judge others but we Can and should use discernment!

We are to love all but we are NOT to enable,or encourage sin. We are to listen to what God has to say and when we stand in his name it is vital we share His Word and stance and not our own.

Hate the sin not the sinner. May you all embrace discernment through a relationship with YHWH. Note the more progress the enemy has the more persecution we shall recieve from the worldly masses. Be not passive in your wrestle against such principalities. take a stand or watch morals and standards fall as God's word becomes alienated.

As to the last part of the vid about a vote on the preachers, i think it is clear that the manly power structure of that church and denomination is already perverted spiritualy on the subject and is stunted in spiritual growth. Lutheran church
