I trust most of us have heard of:

NDAA signed into law Dec.31/11 (new years eve) which many are claiming has now given authority to the president and other top officals to detain (inprison) individuals (us citizens as well as non citizens) Without charge (reason), without trial, and without set time (or judge and jury). If this is so this could be used to support action against any who stand against the 4th beast. (tags: obama, kill, administration, terrorisim, assassination, executive order, ..)

 On Wednesday Obama Took a Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States
 
The Obama administration intends to push new gun control laws by the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. Some claim the laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms. The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment (the state department and obama administration being militias against our consitution and rights) before US citizens even understand what has happened.

Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that reguardless of public opinion or debates in the media, Congress may be bipassed (for those who have any faith in congress). Could we wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. Will we wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. How about we wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

President Obama will move forward with adding his signature to the UN Arms  Treaty before the end of this month according to Press Secretary Jay Carney.

It is feared and predicted by many gun rights groups and advocates that the  treaty, if ratified, could open up the US gun market to international  regulation.

John Kerry (washington) just signed the UN(international) Gun Ban (small/ Arms Treaty). The obama administration has been known to lean towards international standards Over u.s. when it serves his agenda. He has bipassed Congress in this way in the past. This U.N. set of standards can easily be used to infringe on our rights to arm ourselves and bipass national law with support from the international body.

Reading through the details of the Treaty, it’s hard to see how our  Second Amendment could survive such an assault.In fact, Article V of the Treaty mandates countries establish a  "National Control List" -- or NATIONAL GUN REGISTRATION database! You and I both know gun registration is just the first step toward outright  CONFISCATION.

 

Introductory language already includes:

-  Mandated national "screening" for all persons seeking to own  guns, giving bureaucrats the final say on whether or not you’re "competent"  enough to own a gun;

-  Licenses for gun and ammo sales, and perhaps even bans on  certain types of firearms. This could include anything from semi-auto rifles  to shotguns to handguns!

-  Restrictions on how many guns and ammo any properly-licensed  individual may legally own;

-  Bans on magazines holding more than ten rounds;

-  Bans on owning a firearm for self-defense -- unless a  citizen can somehow demonstrate need and get federal government approval

Washington is attempting to give the impression that there are officals willing to fight this but fact is the * usa government has its agendas that are becoming very evident.
