During discussions of further offshore drilling we recieve a oil spill in the gulf. The president made a speech last night on the oil spill. once again the cause of the spill was not a subject. Rather The pres. stressed less dependance on oil (while we yet have no such solutions).
Our tanks, missles, jets, spaceships all run on oil and there is no other element to fuel them. Obama mentioned advances of men within history all of which were made possible by oil! The fact is we need to come up with safe ways to drill oil cause in Obamas ideas we would become even more dependant on the oil of our enemies. Gas prices are exspected to double again at this rate sooner than later. when i started driving a gal was 89 cent. Now its about 2.45. If this were to raise to 4.25 many would be forced to embrace mass transit thus becoming even more dependant on the system

Today is Musab Hassan Yousef's court hearing. (Our government is currently decideing if they will seek to make him a Christian martyr)- to learn more about his story check out the lion's Den group under uplifting victories. The u.S. government may deport him back to those who will Kill him for his good works. The court proceedings were moved from a public hearing to a private one in the desert with much security (right here in the states) seems the government doesnt like his supporters and will have a hand up on the "justice" that comes.)
