Was Flood of Noah Worldwide?
26And God said, Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27So God created man in HIS own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
This occurs after the katabole. When all were to be born of woman (water) into the present age!
Let’s generalize the Bible for a sec.. It can be said that the Bible is a story of one man, his family and all that come in contact with them (of course we know all souls belong to God and there is both a physical and spiritual family).
The English term Adam has more than one context. When it comes to the term Adam some places it refers to Mankind and other places it refers to a Certain man. This Certain man is he who we commonly call Adam and he is the first Adamic man.
Gen. 1 covers much and as we go into Gen.2 we even relate back to things already included in an outline in Gen. 1 if you will.
Back to Gen.1:26-27 Us and Our includes the one speaking! (GOD). In verse 27 we see that as a fact. What I am doing is documenting that both mankind (the races) and the Adamic peoples were created on the sixth day and that the races were present on the sixthday! (I’m well aware of the things I have to cover and document in order to do this!)
To further show that Gen. includes an outline of things to be mentioned later lets look at vs.27-28(Gen.1) & Compare to Gen 2:16 -23 (Gen. 3:16,6:1, 8:17, 9:1, 9:7….)/(male& female, multiply, dominion over the beasts and land).Note the seven days were given as an outline and in Hebrew there are names for only 7 days not eight (in a week)! There is no creation outline involving an 8th day!Gen.1:31 ends the 6th day and the 7th God rested. No 8th day mentioned, rather the emphasis changed in Gen.2 to speaking primarily of the seedline (certain man) of which would later be called Israel. I see no need to add that there was a man created on the 8th day.
Also note when Cain was sent out into other lands there were no other children of Adam and Eve at this time! Yet Cain shared concern of what the other people of the other lands would think and do unto him and he also found a woman of his own out there! No way can one document later kids of Adam could have mated with Cain, so lets don’t add to the Word.
Think not that I don’t embrace this scripture: Romans 5:12
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
So some will say if the races were present during the 6th day how is it that the transgressions of Adam and Eve impacted all mankind? For those who study the ages in depth you will see that a third of the angels followed Lucifer, a small few stood firm in reverence to the Almighty God and his Word, and the rest were luke warm.
So would it not be just for those who stood firm with God to be free of sin in the flesh? For they themselves represented the Adamic seedline. So who better to represent man’s relationship with God not to mention the masses already fell short. Either way we know all have sinned according to God’s Word.
Lets not over look Lucifer’s role and a small description.
Hebrews 2:14
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he (Christ) also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Also who or what did the tree of the knowledge of good and evil represent?! Who beguiled Eve and and brought forth a deception and lie which when embraced brought forth death to flesh man?!
Lucifer is referred to as a man other places! Rev 13:18, Ish. 14: 16, (Hebrews 13:2)
1 Corinthians 15:47
The first man (Adam) is of the earth, earthy; the second man (Christ)is the Lord from heaven. This relates to Gen. 2:7 where once again the emphasis has changed to (a certain man) the Adamic man. Both of which were created in God’s exact image if you are still following the documentation, the first and second “Adam”.************ACTS 17:26*******
One blood?
Uhh #129 in the Strong’s is not in the Greek manuscripts at all.
It should read :
17:26 ἐποίησέν τε ἐξ ἑνὸς
Act 17:26 And hath made (#4160 poieo) of(#1537 Ek,ex) one (#1520 heis) all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
Which doesn't make sense to us in English, so the translators took the liberty to insert "one what?" or "one blood".
So the bloodline insinuation is added through translation! There is evidence that we could properly say, one clay. Genesis 2:7
Acts 17:26
The Alexandrian Type texts (P74; Alef; A; B) omit the word "blood"
The Western Type texts have "one blood" (D for example)
The majority of Byzantine manuscripts follow the Western reading which also became the reading of the Textus Receptus (the source text for the KJV).
The Aramaic Peshitta version agrees with the Western Type reading with "one blood".
One ninth century Greek manuscript reads "one mouth" (I found this one very interesting cause when God speaks things come to pass and it is the breath of life!) I think this would go to show that The almighty God created all men and supports that he looked and it was good. As to say that race shouldnt be an issue as far as relations go in a Christian way!:)
Some have suggested that "one blood" contradicts Gen. 2:7 where man is made from "dust".
However Genesis 2:7 actually says "dust of the earth". The word for earth is ADAMA derived from the word DAM (blood). Interestingly the Quran says that man was mane from ALAQ (a blood clot) Sura 96:1 perhaps the Quran was influenced by this reading in Acts.
Gen.6:4 "and also after that" Jude 1:6 Gen.6 Gen.3:15
I think the next big question would be in relation to Noah’s flood. How did the races survive the Flood???
I will give two interpretations
_______________________
***FIRST INTERPRETATION (some see the flood as being somewhat localized /?(Gen.7:19/ while the translation "earth" is from a Hebrew form that isnt only in the context of the entire earth but rather to say the land, Gen.7:19 does mention all high hills being covered with water! "under the whole heaven") Perhaps just looking for mention of the races is somewhat digressing cause like much of the O.T. the subject is to those who would later be called Israel and on their history rather than everyone’s in order to lay a foundation of how the truth was brought forth and yet document how the fallen ones had attempted to infest the seed line (of which Christ (The Word) would come). Gen. 3:15/
My point is the Torah was originally written by and for a certain people of which the Word would come forth to all.
There are two major floods mentioned in the Word. (1) the Katabole (destruction of the first age, of which no flesh survived and was Worldwide. (2) The flood of Noah’s time (survivors & localized somewhat). Compare 2 Peter 2:5 , Jer.4:23-27
Not to doubt that anything is possible with God, but note how there are animals that are present only in certain areas of which are separated by oceans, how would (did) these land animals migrate to Noah? (for those who embrace the second interpretation) when it comes to the two of every flesh if this “flesh” this relates (mainly) to man (it then goes on to mention animals spacifically). If this flesh is mentioning others outside of the Adamic man then why do we see that the people didn’t accept Noah’s warning and no info that any other than the 8 were interested in taking shelter in the Ark? And men have free will and I don’t see how two of every race would board the Ark if they didn’t take it seriously and the destruction is mentioned as coming on them unawares!
Also China civilizations date back further than most! And they have stories handed down of Great waves and rises in water and note China has the tallest elevations in the World! They have mention that, on the Tien Shan range or the "heavenly mountains" that Fu-hi, appeared after the Deluge, surrounded by a "rainbow" and offering animal sacrifices. They describe this one as being born of a rainbow, which leads me to believe this one may have come to (landed near) their land but not from there and that it must have been a site to be handed down!
Quote
" . . . during the later Tertiary period all the desert regions would appear to have been covered by an Asian Mediterranean, or at all events, by vast fresh-water lakes, a conclusion which seems to be warranted by the existence of salt-stained depressions of a lacustrine character . . . by discoveries of vast quantities of fresh-water mollusc shells, etc. etc. "
Well, the word "whole" isn't there again. So we could say:9But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
"erets" isnt only translated to say the whole earth! (Eretz)
and then the dove returns:Gen 8:10 And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;
Gen 8:11 And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth [was] an olive leafpluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.

To keep in good health, olive trees need at least two full waterings to field capacity (full depth of roots eg. 2.5 ft in 10 year old trees), each winter. If water can be applied more regularly during winter or at other times of the year then this will be most beneficial and will result in increased crops. Five lots of applied irrigation to field capacity spread throughout the year will ensure the ongoing health of the orchard, however commercial crops will need greater amounts of water as outlined below. Trials have shown that mature trees which receive over 32 inches of combined rainfall and irrigation water give the best commercial crops. If you have regular rain during summer then most of your applied irrigation will be needed in winter and vice versa for winter rainfall areas. It must be remembered however, that the olive's only real enemy is too much water. So keep a good eye on the moisture levels around the trees.
Olive trees have two main growth stages - an intensive stage in the Spring and early Summer and a less vigorous stage in early Autumn. Late winter watering will help the tree to flush out in fresh growth which is an important part of flower setting for the following two seasons. A study by Ruggieri found 52.6% of sterile flowers in olive trees growing under dry soil conditionscompared with only 7.7% in trees growing under irrigation.
(2 Pet.2:4-5/ 2 Pet.3:3-6)
... there have been theories about the flood occurring during a period when the continents were all still connected together as well.
***SECOND INTERPRETATION
This interpretation leans mostly on Gen. 6:19. Take two of every flesh. This could be speaking about mankind and each race is a type of flesh! Two of every Sort! But flesh can also be to say animals according to the Hebrew term and the beginning of the verse says “of every living thing of all flesh” This to me seems to be including animals. Vs. 20 specifically mentions animals. And if there were 8 of one seedline and 2 of every other would that not probably brought forth a great majority? /note *** 1 Pet.3:20
***Worldwide and only 8 people aboard? How did all the races come into being then? How did land animals of every (is)land journey to the Ark? Would that not have destroyed nature to the extent man couldn’t live on earth?
***Other survived! Some study tools have subtracted and or altered the meaning of the term Kenite. Some Strong’s have it right while others do not. Kenite son’s of Cain. Noticed Cain isn’t mentioned as a descendant of Adam where they are listed only mentioned as a murder of one (Able) This is a deep study and is coming to my blog soon enough! The point is that we can document that his descendants made it through the flood! Note the mark of Cain Gen. 4:12! It is still present in Jer. 35:5-7! (vs.3 differ Jeremiah, documentation Jer.1:1) (The house of Re-cab refers to Kenites, documentation 1 Chron.2:55)Where did the water go? How did animals get to and from the ark and migrations not be shown in fossil record? How Did fish survive mixing salt water and fresh?
