Picture of a side column found in the MASSORAH which is used to insure the text isnt perverted (altered)The code is made up of numeric values of the Hebrew texts so that the reader and or scribes with duties of making copies dont miss a jot of the texts. After copying u were to count the values and see it they match with the code that was known and held within the levitical priesthood. If the values didnt match its a obvious sign that an error was made.
