Blood sacrifices are not for today http://www.jewfaq.org/qorbanot.htm . The Zohar says that in times with no temple that Messiah atones for the people. Zohar 2:212a As long as Israel dwelt in te holy land the rituals and the sacrifices they performed in the temple removed all those diseases from the world, Now Messiah removes them from the children of the world. (Messiah Ben Yoseph/ 1st Advent of Yeshua)/ Also 

- Bamidar Rabbah 11:2, "Like Moses, Messiah will be revealed, then hidden, then revealed again."

- "Moshiach [King Messiah] will thereupon rise up to Heaven just as Moshe [Moses] ascended to the firmament, and will subsequently [return and] be revealed completely for all to see. The entire Jewish people will then perceive him and flock towards him." From Arba Mei'os Shekel Kesef(page 68) ...written by Rabbi Chaim Vital, pupil of the Arizal/... Prior to the cross sacrifices pointed forward to the fulfillment and after the fulfillment the Lord's table (bread and wine) points back to the cross. Sacrifice in future kingdom as well.

Yes i partake of the LORD's table every Passover, and consider all three pilgramage festivals good times to take communion within a year. Personally i dont stress a certain wine other than Grape. I dont even stress that it must be wine, i have also used welches Grape juice (welches cause they make a point to make it Real grape juice.)

The feast of unleaven bread is strongly suggested in the NT! (1 Cor.5:6-8)
