Ex.34:7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

(Ex.20:5)

(A covenant was being made with the people of Israel, The LAW was being given, by which if people transgressed they would receive effects for such throughout the generations. God is still a God of Law today and Messiah came not to do away with the Law but rather to fulfill it. He came stressing the need of Repentance. The need of repentance is true for individuals as well as a nation as a whole both recieve effects for starying from God. If you live in a home where rebellion against God is encouraged and accepted to carry that iniquity until you are drawn of God and repent. Each is accountable for his own sin but our sins can and do effect others. Example: As a nation strays from G-d the nation /as a whole/ recieves the effects for transgression. Example: when someone is lead of lust to go out and rape or kill another then their sin certainly effected the other and can even bring forth a child /generation.)

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children

"My People" - Hebrew # 5971 (Plural) עם From H6004; a people (as a congregated unit); specifically a tribe (as those of Israel); hence (collectively) troops or attendants; figuratively a flock: - folk, men, nation, people.

___________________

"Thy children" - Hebrew #1121: בּן bên bane From H1129; a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc., (like H1, H251, etc.): - + afflicted, age, [Ahoh-] [Ammon-] [Hachmon-] [Lev-]ite, [anoint-]ed one, appointed to, (+) arrow, [Assyr-] [Babylon-] [Egypt-] [Grec-]ian, one born, bough, branch, breed, + (young) bullock, + (young) calf, X came up in, child, colt, X common, X corn, daughter, X of first, + firstborn, foal, + very fruitful, + postage, X in, + kid, + lamb, (+) man, meet, + mighty, + nephew, old, (+) people, + rebel, + robber, X servant born, X soldier, son, + spark, + steward, + stranger, X surely, them of, + tumultuous one, + valiant[-est], whelp, worthy, young (one), youth.

(While ben most properly means physical child we see here that it also has the figurative relation to ones nation. Israel was blessed as long as they were to keep God 1st. So relation to Physical Israel here holds up as well, for this who was choosen to be a Nation of "priests".)

Lam.5:7 Our fathers have sinned, and are not; and we have borne their iniquities.

"borne" - Hebrew # 5445 סבל sâbal saw-bal'

A primitive root; to carry (literally or figuratively), or (reflexively) be burdensome; specifically to be gravid: - bear, be a burden, carry, strong to labour

Lam.5 is speaking of the people/nation of Israel. As a nation transgresses a nation recieves the effects. This passage is showing The people seeking to return (Teshuva/ REPENT) to The LORD!

Eze.18:2-3 What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge? As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.

Jer.31:19,29,30 Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth. they shall say no more, "The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge." But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.

_________To Each His Own__________

The Word has been clear that each pay for their transgression wheather it be the individual or a nation(people). Blood is the atonement for sin (The Blood of a blemish free lamb). This was demonstrated to Israel during the first Passover which is fulfilled in Yeshua HaMoashiach (Jesus the Christ) Heb.2:14/ 1 Cor.5:6-8.

All have transgressed God's Law (which is sin), and the wage of sin is death . So we all deserve death. Only in the blood (Lev.17:11,..)of The Passover can one fulfill the Law and live. Yeshua (Jesus) did his part (fulfilled the sacrifice). Now lest YHVH draw us to His Salvation and we partake of it *(Gen.3:22/ Jn.14:6/ Is.45:21/ Jn 6:44/ Phil.2:6) there is no remission of sin.

You sail your own ship:

Ex.32:30-35  30And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin. 31And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.  32Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin--; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.  33And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.  34Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.  35And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.

(Moses had interceded for Israel Ex.32:11-14 yet here afterwards the people are back in rebelion.)

Deut.24:16

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

Eze.18:4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinter, it shall die.

Eze.33:14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right; If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.

  Talmudic comentaries:

"A Code of Jewish Ethics Volume 1" (Telushkin, 2006) According to Rabbi Telushkin, "the Talmud explains that visiting 'the iniquity of parents upon children' refers only to children who follow their parents' bad example." (ibid, 88)/ Talmud (Berachot 7a)

Rabbi Telushkin references Sanhedrin 27b which deals mainly with which persons are disqualified from testifying or serving as judges in matters concerning an individual. The sages cited in the gemara rationalize that children are punished for their parents' sins only when they retain their [parents] sinful practices." Curses

In General (Deut 28) cursed be thy basket (harvest/groceries/produce)

cursed: livestock, works, fever, inflamation, blight, paleness (shall not cease), consuming diseases (of which sahll not be healed), ulcer (blotch, boil, burning inflamation, hemroids, scab/scale (28:27 psoriasis), itch (wont be healed), blite, craziness, blindness/failing of eyes, stress/trembling  of heart (broken heart),(28:65) sorrow of mind (anxiety), another will claim your mate, land, sore knees and legs, sores from head to foot that cant be healed, hunger, thrist, perish, no strength or hope

(Ex.11:1 Lev.13:2-54/ Deut 24:/ 1 Kings 8:37,38/Gen.12:17/ Deut.28..) Plagues

Sore (Lev.13:42,43/ 2 Chron. 6:28-29/ Ps.38:11)

wound (Prov.6:33)

stricken (Is.53:8 /Yeshua)

Stripes  (2 Sam.7:14/ Ps.89:32)

Stroke (Deut.17:8; 21:5/ Ps.39:10)

Wont hear thy Cry (Jer.11:14/ Ex.31:10)

Esau cried unto his father rather than to The Father (Heb.12:17)

Know Not to blame God for the effect of Your Sin.

During Yeshua's ministry many were healed according to their Faith.

This blog isnt to discourage anyone. Man upon revelation that they recieve effects for sin can view these things and continue in transgression with a passion or they can be moved to return to Hashem (repent). As we saw in Paul sometimes the effects follow one who has repented as a reminder not to transgress and a reminder that our strength is in YHVH. (2 Cor.12:7-10)

There is NOTHING God's people can't handel. So if you see you are not in good standing return unto Him.

Parents can curse their kids (Examples:Non intentional- you cant bring a child into poverty as a result of not striving to provide, a nation can fall from favor, and disease pass on from unhealthy living) as well as bless them (Raise them with Biblical standards), but we all answer for our own actions.

Simple review of the first sin of man (the "original sin"). Eve & Adam partook of the Fruit of the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil (Gal.5:19-26). We are subjected to the same and if (when) given the choice choose (have chosen) the same. All have sinned. Sin is the fruit of evil (transgression of G-d's righteousness). Even a child without maturity when told not to do something often feels inclined to then do it to experiance for themself why not.

The only one who never gave into temptation was our Lord Jesus (Yeshua) The Christ (HaMashiach). He is our example. We are told that life is in the blood (Lev.17:11) and that atonement for our souls is of the blood (Lev.17:11). The Blood of a sinless one is require. (Only G-d provides the atonementS). The Life of Yeshua was one of full submission to G-d! Emmanuel came to do the will of our Father. Thus where we failed He fulfilled Torah. Thus upon us returning (Teshuva / repenting) His righteousness is acknowledged in place of our rebellion. This is G-d's blue print of Salvation and thus the name of Messiah - Yehoshua (Yeshua for short) which means: The Salvation of Yah.

Overview: Each answers for self (own sin). THis in no way contradicts the fact that Messiah fulfilled the ATONEMENTS. Torah is a *Blood covenant. Just as the *sign of the covenant made with Abraham. *Passover preceeded The giving of Torah. Prior to Moses coming down from mount Israel was in rebellion... Moses made intercession(Ex.32:11-14/ Deut 9) that came with a choice ("Who is on The LORD's side") Ex.32:26/ Deut.11), Those who chose not to live according to the Law of Yah were then *slayed/destroyed... The temple was *cleansed by blood. The priesthood pointed to atonement for themselves and the people annually (all Pointing forward to fulfillment in Yeshua just as the first Word of Torah does).

While we answer for ourselves (Ex.32:33/ Eze.18:4,20/Rom.2:6/ Rev.22:12/ Jer.31:30/ Gal.6:5,7/Deut.24:16/ Eze.33:14/ Matt.16:27/... )  at judgement, the only ones that stand at judgement are those who have (partake of) Atonement (that is provided by G-D). Following the transgression in the garden it was said least they put forth their hand and partake of the tree of life and live eternally. That is the only way to answer for yourself at judgement and live (by the standards of Atonement given in the Torah, which points to Messiah/ The right hand of G-D) thus fulfilling Torahin the Salvation of Yah (Yeshua! HaMashiach)!

notes: own sin sins answer selves every man everyone answers

The INITIAL ("original") SIN

Rom.5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: (Ps.51:5)

In the above verse it says that death passed upon all men why?, Because all have sinned ( 1 Jn.1:8-9 / Is.64:5-6/ Ps.14:1-3/ (Rom.3:20,23; 5:12/ Ecc.7:20 / Pro.20:9 ...). It didnt say that we are accountable for Adam's transgression but rather that we are accountable for our / individual transgressions.

I am not responsible for Adams/Eves transgression. Mankind is responsible for its transgression down to the individual and his transgression.Man been given dominion over the earth, the creation also suffers the effects as a whole. The individual Shall reap what he sows so remain conscious of yourself and surroundings.

If we had always shown perfect love towards G-D (submitted to his Righteousness) death would have never came on the scene. However Love cant be forced (pre-programmed) so with free will both good and opposition become options and After partaking of the forbidden one has to be born again in the Spirit of Truth to abide in His Righteousness (acquire a positive relation again/ Repent). (Lk.17:1). Yet we All have choosen to go astray now least we return (Teshuva/Repent) and partake of the Passover (tree of Life) we shall perish (Heb.2:14/ 1 Cor.5:6-8/ 2 Pet.3:9/ Jn 3:16).The wage of sin is death Rom.6:23 Gen.2:17 Gen 3:3. This effect began with the first man. Eve being the mother of all living (we know that Redemption is in her seed -Jesus The Christ Gen.3:15).

Verses perverted to claim new borns are Guilty of sin:

1 Cor.15:21-28... - Ps.51:5 / Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. The verse in its original (tanakh form):Ps.51:5  "Behold, with iniquity I was formed, and with sin my mother conceived me." Rashi's commentary:  "Behold, with iniquity I was formed: Now how could I not sin when the main part of my creation was through coitus, the source of many iniquities? Another explanation: The main part of my creation is from a male and a female, both of whom are full of iniquity. There are many midrashim to this verse, but they do not fit the context of the psalm." After the orginal (1st)sin it was said to Eve that the pain of conception is relative to her sin (Gen.3:16) NON of these verses claim that we are judged according to another persons sin as muslims ignorantly like to assert

Psalms 58:3 - The wicked- are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
