    Many if not most all American cereals are banned in other countries (like Europe) cause of unhealthy unsafe ingredients such as "BHT". Cereals known to have BHT are often advertised as "healthy". Some of the cereals known to have BHT are as follows Capt Crunch, Apple Jacks, Froot Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted shredded wheat, Special K, Life, Honey Bunches of Oats, Rice Krisspies, Frosted Flakes, Coco Pebbles, Oreo O's

    Kellogg's had announced it would remove these artificial food dyes and the preservative BHT from its products, but it has not done so in the United States—despite removing these unhealthy ingredients in Canada and Europe.

    General Mills once said it was gonna remove BHT from its cereals not sure if they have but many of there's have been knowN to have BHT in the past as well including Cheerios, Trix, Six, Lucky Charms.....

    Studies suggest that consuming high amounts of BHT may cause skin, eye, and respiratory irritation, kidney, liver, and lung damage, endocrine disruption, and potentially even cancer.
