Doesnt look like any skull i have ever seen with horns. Horns tend to grow, drop, and grow back. This picture doesnt show the concepts known of what we commonly consider as horns. If you will look at examples of skulls with horns you will see a ridge where they meet the skull. Horns are often a different color/shade than the skull and the bone a differ density. Im not sure any part of this object is bone. The picture above shows none of these features. Would be interested to know where this specimen can be found.
