Does any one else get every question answered on Shepherd's Chapel?

    Hello!

I was curious to know if any one else out there gets, well, so far every single question answered on the SC ? I don't mean I have wrote in and have had all written questions answered, I mean you have a question, and sure enough someone will either ask the same question, or Pastor Arnold will just out of the blue say something during a teaching session and it will be the exact answer to my question that I have been thinking. Such as when I introduced myself I asked"Is it normal to get tears in my eyes when I talk to God?" or to cry when he teaches about the Crucifixion.(Every time I can't help but boo hoo when I think about the suffering Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior went through just for us and to destroy death to save our souls!!)

Well, sure enough PA had that question asked on the show this morning!!! It makes me feel so, so blessed that God takes the time to answer every single question I have for Him !! I love you, God !!! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

              God Bless Your Little Hearts,

"Again, Joseph, do you believe you can hold in your hand a book with the words of God that are true, pure, inerrant, infallible, inspired and preserved, that you can use for your life and practice?"

Let me answer in form of a answer w/ a question.

The KJV is and was translated from the manuscripts, do I have the original manuscripts ?

Don't be absurd, of course not.

If one was to analyze your thought process, one may think that because the original

manuscripts are not available,  we are not to believe the KJV ?

Your question  reeks of mistrust, because you are saying you cannot

find or obtain the original manuscripts.

I assure you they exist, and are the word of God, and I know that you believe this.

Why you are asking such a question is beyond me.

It is quite apparent you have your own beliefs, and want everyone else to agree with you

even though you are wrong, as we all are.  No living person can be a 100% right about

Gods word except God himself, or comprehend every bit of the word.

This is why we study to show ourselves approved.

Without teachers like Pastor Murray, I and many others would still be deceived

with what is being taught out there.

Many churches teach the rapture theory and speaking in tongues (the turkey gobble type)

which will deceive many when Satan returns upon the 6th trump.

Why ? because they are taught they will not be here but will have flow away.

They forget 6 comes before 7 if you get my meaning.

 Good day Chette

I believe that there is a fulfilled promise of God to preserve his word to every Generation and  Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.  I believe I have the mind of Christ and the love of the brethren.  I do not believe in turkey gobble tongue speaking nonsense nor do I believe in flying away.

I believe the word of God is whole complete and I can hold it in a single book of 66books, in the language of today and it contains all the words of God in it and not one is in error.  I don't have to run to classical Greek wrapped in Koine clothing or Hebrew to know God's words for they are pure words tried and preserved for me today.  It is the KJV.

Follow the trumps if you may.  I don't need men nor trumps I need only the Holy Ghost and God's preserved word and all truth is open to me forever  Deut 29:29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that [we] may do all the words of this law

 Chette,

I think you are a person who loves the Lord and I hope we can

agree with this, as I too love the Lord.

I don't think any two people, or a 100 couldn't agree the same about something

they hold dear. I think you study the word better than most, and spend more time

doing it than most.

I believe you are a decent person and i hope we can agree to disagree

on certain subjects, but our end travel is the same, at the close of day.

Good luck in your studies and hope to speak with you again, not

argue, but speak of good and wonderful things to come.

Good luck Chette.

cHETTE,

I have to ask you why you think some books of the Bible do not pertain

to us ?

I remember you stating this in one of you're replies, and the more I think about

it the more curious I become.

If you don't mind please share your reason.

Also you refer to the following as a cult, I was interested in who you meant ?

"Every cult does this they take a portion of scripture remove it from the context and add to it their private interpretation and then they catch some those who are not exercised in the word to know right from wrong."

Pleas don't think I'm picking on you, to the contrary I'm very interested.

JOSEPH

Do you  think that Genesis 6:14-16 are for us today?

Do you think that 1 Cor 12:8-10 are for us today?

It is interesting you don't think tongues is for today but you think the word of wisdom and knowledge are?  I read where you said that Brother Murray had the gift of the word of wisdom and knowledge and also say you don't believe in tongues.  You can't say I don't want tongues, and then keep the word of wisdom and word of knowledge and apply that to a person, all these gifts either go together of they don't there is no division of these as a whole.  Tongues is guided by the compared teaching in 1 Cor 14 where it says if one speak in an unknown tongue let another translate or they are not to speak in tongues in the church.

Every cult does pick and choose what they want and what they don't want.  and generally have a teaching they promote over all else. i.e. baptism for the dead, no hell just a grave, that the body of Christ needs to keep the sabbath, or tithe.

While the Bible is written for you it is not all written to you specifically.  there are three classes of people according to Paul the Jews, the gentiles and the church of God.  The scriptures can be divided similarly somethings are to gentiles some to Jews and some to the church of God.

two rules to follow when studying the scriptures

1) 2Tim 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  We learn to study properly this is the only verse in the Bible that tells us to study and how to study.  this verse was removed in most of the newer translations today.

2) 1Cor 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.  Here by example we compare scriptures like the bereans to see if those things be taught are so.  We don't join scripture to to create doctrine, we compare scripture to if those things being taught are true to Gods word.

You have a divine tool box for studying the Bible those tools are : Who, What, When, Where, Why, Which and How.  these are inductive questions you ask as you read the scriptures.

For example: Matt 4:23 ¶ And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.
25 And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.

Who was he ministering too?  Israel.  How do we know this by comparing scriptures  Mt 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.  he speaks to a Phoenician woman this truth of his ministry. However this does not mean his moral teachings in Matthew are not for us today.  Paul restated 9 of the 10 commandments for us to follow.

Why is he was preparing the Jews for the Kingdom telling them the Kingdom was at hand see previous verse Matt 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.  The Kingdom he was proclaiming was the promised Kingdom given to David and Salomon that one would come from their line to sit on the throne in Jerusalem and rule over all the nations forever. This is the kingdom promise to Israel.

What Gospel is being preached? The gospel of the kingdom.  What does the kingdom Gospel entail Repentance baptism and keeping the commandments. 4:17 says "Repent" and Matt 3:1 ¶  In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,  2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Mt 3:6 And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins. Seems baptism and confession also were part of the performance of believing the gospel of the kingdom. Now we compare some scriptures and see Luke 3:3 And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;  Baptism and repentance are part of the message of the kingdom gospel.

So far we see if a person hears the word of God by John or Jesus (later the 12) and they believe (faith) what they hear they repent and get baptized, then they continue in the commandments until they die (works) when they stand before God at the judgement they will receive eternal life in the kingdom(grace).

Also we could by comparing scripture go to and ask Which gospel because we see that Paul comes later preaching a different gospel called the Gospel of Grace and for the first time we see the shed blood of Christ for the forgiveness of personal sins.  Then later in Revelation we see the eternal gospel preached by and angel telling all who here it both Jews and Gentiles to fear God for his judgement is at hand.  there are three gospels in the New Testament.  the Kingdom Gospel will be picked up again in the great tribulation (which we are not in yet) and there we see and interesting aspect added to the kingdom gospel.  In the book of Hebrews we see both the kingdom gospel as promised for a nation and the blood for the forgiveness of sin.  It is technically the kingdom Gospel but with the revelation of Paul added.

Each one of these Gospels is for a different time 1) the Gospel of the Kingdom is for the pre-cross Israel, 2) the Gospel of by Grace through faith alone Eph 2:8,9 Post cross pre-tribulation , 3)and the Kingdom gospel modified with the knowledge of Christ blood as found written in Hebrews for Israel in the Tribulation, 4) the Eternal Gospel spoken to all men at the end of the tribulation in preparation for the Millennial Kingdom.

Now I am not picking our verses out of Context like cults do to create a teaching or doctrine.  I am dividing the word of truth and comparing as the Holy Ghost does when he teaches us the scriptures.  2Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. meaning I have no right to add or take away from God's word but I do have the responsibility to study and compare.

In following the inductive way to study by asking the 7 toolbox questions I learn to rightly divide, and by comparing what I divide spiritual to spiritual I gain knowledge and understanding of the word of truth that is true to God's character and his word.

Blessings

This thread was started by Lu Lu, and is called Lu Lu's corner, however, No one seems to have

a position in the comments.

Lu Lu this is your corner and I would like to hear from you and those with interest to what has been

stated here.

It seems that only Chette and me are the only two posting, I find this somewhat odd, surely

others have something they would like to share

I was reading some old posts and Chette stated that the dead in Christ  are not w/ the Lord but asleep.

If this was remotely true than how is it that Lazarus and the "Rich man" were both in heaven but on separate sides

of the gulf ?

As it is written " To be absent from the body is to be present w/ the Lord"  Dose anyone have anything to add

i would like to here what you think.

I have been studying with SC since 03. I had always questioned about the rapture because my spirit never agreed with it my whole life. I never knew why and now I do. Their teaching has opened my eyes as to why I could never commit this theory as my belief system. I have to have a full understanding of anything I believe in and not have doubts before I believe it. I will put things I don't understand on the shelf and come back to it later. However, I do not believe it until I fully understand it and it sets right in my spirit.

This leads me to a question that has never been adequately answered by PM where I can commit it to my belief system.

When it says you cannot buy or sell without the mark in Rev13:16-17

Pastor always addresses it as "If need be you can always barter."

My questions have always been: What would bring you to the point where you would have to barter? If the RFID chip is OK to have, then what would you need to reject so you will not be able to buy or sell? How can you buy products from grocery  stores that are selling in a cashless society? You would not be able to buy without the chip.

God has always taught throughout the bible on three levels. Physical, mental, and spiritual. PM has only answered the question on the spiritual and mental aspects. I have never heard him answer, what would bring you to the point of having to barter if it is OK to take the chip? Either we are not going into a cashless system or we will need that chip to take part in any of the One World System.

This system is already being implemented into our society through employment with companies, grocery stores, paying tabs in restaurants and bars just to name a few. In the not so distant future, I do not see how anyone would be able to buy or sell without this chip just to do their daily business.

Obama came in with a purpose when he came into office. He has made a stand in it and has not wavered from it from day one. Causing the collapse of the American dollar is exactly what is needed to fulfill the agenda of the One World Government.

The Bitcoin platform has already been tested and has been taken seriously to build a more solid and secure system. The Bitcoin is a money system used to buy and sell that replaces tangible money. The RDIF chip has all personal information such as, bank account numbers, social security numbers etc. It will replace credit and debit cards, drivers license etc. The banking system is set up within the chip.

PM has taught that the seal is the knowledge in your brain of  knowing you don't take Satan's mark (What mark?) and you don't use your hand to do Satan's work. "In your hand" (spiritual) means to do Satan's work. You do the work of Antichrist when you bring others to him, or help in his system.
"In the forehead" (Mental) is referring to your mind (brain). Being deceived by Antichrist in your mind is when you think he is the true Christ.

There is no explaining of physical. Putting a chip under your skin is physical. The explanation of the spiritual and mental do not (in my spirit) adequately explain how they have anything to do with buying and selling.

In the physical, I see the coming together of implementing the RDIF chip to mark humans "in" their right hands and foreheads. Having it in the forehead would be due to people who do not have the limbs to put it in their hand. In the mental, I have the knowledge to know this chip is something we will not be able to buy or sell without it. In the spiritual, Christ said we are not to take part in it.

I can't help but to think about "Faith" in these end times. It would require faith to not take that mark. If we are not to take part in this mark, then it would require a huge amount of faith in God that he will provide whatever means are needed if we do not take part in this system. Bartering would definitely be a means in not taking this chip because bartering does not require cash. However, you can't barter with hospitals, gas stations, grocery stores or barter when buying a house or car.

Faith to know that "I Am"(GOD) is our provider, our healer and our peace through these five months would be the ultimate reason for him to require us not to take this mark. Having studied and been grounded in God's word is where we are set apart and will be able to walk in these last days because we know and have faith that God will provide and take care of all of our needs. God would not tell us to not take the mark that relies on a government system to provide all our needs through buying and selling if he was not going to take the place of government to provide ALL of our needs.

So I am left with the questions that if the chip is OK to take part of, then what is it that will prevent us from Buying or Selling? If it is alright to take the chip that has everything to do with buying and selling, then what exactly was Christ referring to when he said you can't buy or sell without this mark?

I wondered sometimes,So,Id put it on the shelf, and sure enough, its answered later,as you say.

Yes.God has time for those of us that want to have a relationship with him.He sure has been awesome to me.

And the cryin<is evident of the holy spirit.God Bless you.Keep studying,Ask God,He gives freely,to those that love him.

I haven't been very active on this site, lately, but i don't see any mention of Pastor Arnold's passing in February. He had just begun teaching a new book in January. He was looking frail. Then I noticed the teaching continued but then he looked extremely his robust self. I didn't realize until later that they were running teachings from 2010 (by the copyright date). I then realized that something had happened to Pastor Arnold. It was announced on their website.
Also, Dennis in answering a question about his brother David, had said that David had died suddenly last summer! Not a good Year for Shepherds Chapel.
Blessings to all.

It's so awesome how that happens! I love when multiple people ask the same question too and P. Murray points that out.......it's pretty cool. The only question that Shepherd's Chapel has not answered for me is one asked by my girls...................will there be dinosaurs in heaven? Hmmmmmmm

I  say  yes, as PM has said "God loves his animals"  In the book of Isaiah it speaks about animals in Heaven.

I'm looking forward to seeing my dogs that have passed away, especially Duke, he was very special

to me.  I hope I'm worthy to be granted acceptance into Gods home.
