In Islam: One should remove the feces on one's anus with with one's finger and wash one's hand. If there are still traces of filth, one should wash them with water.cleaning the private parts after answering the call of nature, men should wash them from the back to the front. Women should wash them from the front to the back. Thus, the genitals will not be smeared with filth, nor will it cause one to be sexually aroused by the stimulation of fingers. (do people really need to be told this crap?) One should dry one's private parts with a cloth after washing them. If there is not a cloth available, it is permissible to use toilet paper because toilet paper is produced to be used after answering the call of nature. But using other kinds of paper for this purpose is not permissible . . If a man exits the toilet without doing istibra, drops of urine may come out and soil his underwear. Therefore, he should insert a cotton wick as big as a barley seed into his urinary hole, whereby he will prevent urine from oozing out (strange). (aslo i find this interesting!) Muslim men pee like women? ". One should not urinate while standing unless there is strong necessity for doing so".  STONES: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Whoever performs ablution should clean his nose with water by putting the water in it and then blowing it out, and whoever cleans his private parts with stones should do it with odd number of stones."

 Sahih Bukhari 1:4:162/ Do you realize that a barberic people who are told to use a odd number of stones to wipe their privates are following a very UNCLEAN practice. Common sense says if you are in the desert and wipe with stones and leave them and someone of the same ideology and culture comes later and needs to clean up he will use the same stones? :( Discusting!) / In conclussion we see muslims of sharia authority even encourage use of toliet paper as well as muslim sources encouraging the use of stones which logically would be reused by many people and would be FILTHY. However the source of Christianity doesnt tell people to use either of these. The Source of Christianity (the Bible) is too busy giving REAL RELEVATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Muhammad was no example of cleanliness. He himself had lice which aishia would pic off of him. / Abu Dawood Book 19, Number 3074:

She was picking lice from the head of the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) while the wife of Uthman ibn Affan and the immigrant women were with him./ Muhammad considered the most filthy water as clean! (Muhammad bathed, drank, and made "wudu" in dirty water filled with used, women's menstrual rags (making him also consumming blood) and dead dogs:) Abu Dawood ,Book 1, Number 0066:

Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:

The people asked the Messenger of Allah (peace_be_upon_him): Can we perform ablution out of the well of Buda'ah, which is a well into which menstrual clothes, dead dogs and stinking things were thrown? He replied: Water is pure and is not defiled by anything. ....... Abu Dawood,Book 1, Number 0067:

Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:

I heard that the people asked the Prophet of Allah (peace_be_upon_him): Water is brought for you from the well of Buda'ah. It is a well in which dead dogs, menstrual clothes and excrement of people are thrown. The Messenger of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) replied: Verily water is pure and is not defiled by anything...... Tafsir Qurtubi, chapter vol 13, page 51

Muhammad's sense of "wasting water" encourages unclean, unhealthy, and deadly conditions for anyone who would take him seriously. 

How exactly does one "waste water"? Did he not know of the water table?

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by Sa’d while he was performing ablution. The Prophet said, “What is this extravagance?” Sa’d said, “Is there extravagance with water in ablution?” The Prophet said, “Yes, even if you were on the banks of a flowing river.”
