(All politics aside) The FulfillmentS (at least 10 in the Tanauch/Ot) that took place (may 15th) 1948 is known to the Israelis as their Independance Day (Yom Ha'atzmaut) is known to the "Palestinians" as the day of catastrophe (Nakba Day) since they were moved from their homes. This time every year is one of much tension. (With the fulfillments of Israel being reborn also think Spiritually by relating them to the works of Yeshua/ examples: being born in one day, redemption,..!)

Matthew 16:1-4
The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
Matt. 24
Matt.24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? (Luke 21:24) The signs follow, but notice the difference in Luke!
Matt.24:9 - "Then shall they"/ Mark 13:9- "they shall"- Then / Luke 21:12- " But before all these"! We had a type of this already. (While Matt, Mk and Lk are all touching on the 7 seals Luke's view point seems to also include the fall of Jerusalem that followed the crucifixion yrs later (Lk.21:24) and using this as a model of the end days).

*The Parable Of The Fig Tree
(* Matt.24:32-35/* Mark 13:28-31/* Luke 21:29-33)
* Matt.24:32-35 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. (Matt.5:18)
_____________________________
Those who would grasp this parable and see such come to pass have been told the generation (season). Properly dividing the word is a must. (Acts.1:7) Who is speaking and who is he speaking to? All these Apostels have passed over before Israel became a nation again therefore they did not know of this season. (certain things are revealed unto the peoples of a particular time.) Matt.16:28 / Luke 9:27 / John 8:51 -indeed some of those here saw Christ at the mount of transfiguration entering back into his kingdom! (Jn.8:51)

Matt.24:36-51 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

* When was this prophacy (Matt.24:32-35) fulfilled?
You plant a fig tree with a shoot (reinstatement /rather than creation) instead of a seed, just as Israel was reinstated as a nation once again of the decendants of the same seedline! This took place at the end of World War II / *1948* May.14th. Israel was reinstated as a nation! This is when the World recognized Israel as being a state again. / However some embrace (1967 June 5th) since that was the end of the 6 day war (when Israel had claimed the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza, West Bank, and the Golan Hieghts / up to Lebanon border.) ("Will you Stand with Israel?" thread!)

* How Long is a Generation in this parable?
Generations: 40, 70, 80, (100,) 120yrs . These are considered to be biblical generations. The range is 40- 120 yrs.. Seeing as No man knows the day nor hour, and we were told to Learn the parable of the fig tree, I am most concerned about the the maximum range for the return of Yeshua Christ. This is the subject of the parable!
Add a generation to the date prophacy was fulfilled (1948) and you know Christ will return anytime between now and then, No Latter!
40yrs- Num.32:13 /would extend to either 1988 / Passed!
70 (or 80yrs.)- Ps.90:10 / 2018 or 2028 at the latest
(100yrs Gen.15:12-16/ 400 yrs divided by 4 generations- 100 / 1948-2048)
Highest possibility:
* 120yrs.- Gen.6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
* 1948 + 120 = 2068/ This would mean Christ is returning
Anytime Between 1948- 2068/(*2087?)
Since it depends on starting point let’s not forget 1967 is when Jerusalem and the Temple Mount were claimed again by “Israel” and currently USA identifies Jerusalem as The Capital of Israel guru g the time of the nations. Can’t firget Jerusalem for the kingdom centers around the Temple Mount. So 1967 pluss 120 is.................... 2087.....(5848-49 Hebrew calendar)
AI :According to the Talmud, Midrash, and Zohar, the Messiah will appear 6,000 years from creation, which is approximately the year 2240 in the Gregorian calendar. However, there are many different opinions about when the Messiah will come....As far as the year 6000 is concerned, it is simply an upper limit -- i.e., by the year 6000 the Mashiach will already be here. But that's not to say that it can't happen sooner. In these matters, says the Rambam, no one knows exactly what will happen until it happens.

Adam lived to be 930 / 130 when first born came
Seth 912 105 / Enosh 905 90 / Cainan 910 70 / Mahalealel 895 65 / Jared 962 162
Enoch 365 65/ Methuselah 969 187 / Lamech 777 182/ Noah 950 500
The Flood
Shem 600 100 / Arphaxad 498 35 / Salah 433 30 / Eber 464 34 / Peleg 239 30 /
Reu 239 32 / Serug 230 30 / Nahor 148 29 / Terah 205 70 / Abraham 175 86
When it comes to people today those over 100 have a hard time remembering their age and even a harder time documenting it! Overall I have yet to see anyone live over 120 yrs. of age (documented!) in todays world. /Also many watchmen relate 120 to shemitah (Sabbatical) & Jubilee year (Yovel) Example 6,000 divided by 50 is 120/ That fact with Gen.6:3 I see as pointing to a generation being 120 yrs.. If you look at the ages within the bible the ages drastically dropped after the flood. And no one after Moses generation lived over 120yrs old that can documented either biblically, or scientifically (legally).
Oldest man on record- "was Japanese Shigechiyo Izumi age 120 years 237 days." (did not live more than 120yrs! Not 121 yrs or more!)
Notice according to the scriptures No one lived to see the age of 1000 (1day) 2 Pet.3:8. Ask yourself, can it be Documented that anyone lived over 120 following the death of Moses?

Moses (the scribe of Gen.) was 3 yrs. Younger than his brother Aaron. They both died in same yr. 40yrs. into the Exodus. (2553/ 1458BC) Note. Moses lived to be 120 and Aaron 123!!! who lived over 120 following this? Exodus 7:7/ Numbers 33:38 - 39/ (Could Moshe/ Aaron have been the first and last of his generation?)

House of Isreal was taken captive 200 years prior to the fall of Jerusalem. The focuss here is on Judah in which is also the territory (that symbolizes the fig tree) in which the temple stood and the Levites inhabited (the priests). Census taken durring return of a large group of Israelites in Ezra 8:15 showed lack of any qualified to leadership duties of the priesthood (no Levites) only Nethinim -(Nathan is to service/ not Levitical priests yet they were often given temple duties) /Nethinims are of Israel but not Aaron. There is a more sinister people who are not of Jacob that mixed in as well. (Another subject)

Deut.4:27-28,30-31 27The LORD will scatter you among the peoples, and only a few of you will survive and the nations to which God will drive you. 28But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find him if you search for him with all your heart and all your soul. 30When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in latter days you will return to the LORD your God and obey him. 31For the LORD your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the covenant (the land of Israel) with your forefathers, which he confirmed to them all.

* The fig tree is used by Hosea and Jeremiah to refer to the Jewish people (nation of Israel) More spacifically (the house of) Judah
Hosea 9:10 I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your forefathers as the earliest fruit on the fig tree in its first season. But they came to Baal-peor and devoted themselves to shame, And they became as detestable as that which they loved.
*** Jer.24:2-6****
1The LORD shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon. 2One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad. 3Then said the LORD unto me, What seest thou, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil. 4Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 5Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good. 6For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.
(Here we see the Fig tree symbolic of Juda, Jerusalem, and The Jewish people./ note: A fig is planted as a shoot rather than a seed)

The fig whasp can symbolize a shepherds or pastors. For they pollinate the fig. There are both good and bad figs and those who "preach". Smyrna fig is a prized female breed. (note the Church of Smyrna Rev. 2:8-11 one of 2 Chruches Christ found no fault with out of 7. The Smyrna fig doesn't bare fruit when grown alone. It needs a male such as the Caprifig. The blooms of a fig are inside the fig. the small fig whasps enter in through a narrow hole found in the bottom of the fig and pollenated from within.
