 Those with a personal relationship with YHVH are given the gift of discernment.

Spiritual discernment is valid in order to grow spiritually. We are to be known by our fruits (actions) and what is in ones heart comes out in their actions. Judgement and Discernment are two different things. One can forgive another for his actions yet this doesn't mean he must surround himself with those people (Mk.6:11/ Proverbs 16:17/ Rom.12:9/ Ps.34:14/ Proverbs 20:3,19/..). None of us are qualified to condemn another as to say another has no hope of salvation, and such would put you in danger of hell fire (Matthew 5:22)! Those in covenant remain concerned for all and would love to see each and everyone grow closer to G-D

Believers and honest seekers are given the ability to recognize the Holy Spirit in others just as God's people can recognize rebelious hearts Gal.5:19-26 (fruits). 2 Cor.6:14 / Matt.6:24/ By their fruits you shall know them. Each person has the right to decide who they fellowship with.

It is also good to know what to cover and what not to cover concerning who you are sharing with. The Gospel is to be shared with the nations (tanslations / tongues are needed).  Torah relates differently to the nations than it does to Israel. 
Fruitful fellowship: When sharing we should look for interest and if we cant share out of concern then we shouldn't be sharing pearls. The heart knower is no respector of persons. Therefore take notice of others fruits for they are reflective of ones heart.

We are to personally (spiritually) Discern things in life (good/bad.. blessings /curses.. productive/ counterproductive... edifying/ or no... company we keep ... But we can't judge someones eternal standing with G-D as to say Your Going to perish under the condemnation of G-D (hopelessness) that would put us in danger of hell fire. you can tell someone something they are doing is sin or that they are currently straying from covenant with G-D cause of this or that... Even if you were to witness someone commit an abomination before G-D and know they are guilty you can't take away their option of repentance unto atonement. G-D is the heart knower and knows our walks even better than we. (Matt.5).. Matt.16:

O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?⁴ A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
