You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. (this includes lies as well as accusations)
All have sinned. (* 1Jn.1:8, Rom.3:20, Rom.3:23, Rom.7:14-25, Is.64:6, Is.53:6, Rom.3:9-10, Ecc.7:20, Mark 10:18, Rom.5:12,
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Proverbs 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.
Sadly many seek to self justify sin.
1 John 1:9 (King James Version)
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Disciples of Christ are called to be Fishers of Men. Meaning we look for those who have a interest in the Word.
We are Not called to condemn man (Matt.5:22/ here the context of fool is to say another is hopeless of salvation/big no no) but rather to share the good news to those who will embrace it!
Seeing as one has need of atonement through repentance, it is only Natural that "sinners" where drawn to the King of Righteousness. Jn. 6:44 But who is it that was quick to accuse these people of being sinners? The Pharisees and Sadducees!( Matt.9:11/ Mark 2:16/ Luke 5:30)
Those who seeked to play church and self justify themselves. The Pharisees and Saducees in general were embraceing their own understandings and perversions of the Word over the actual Word.
In social media today there are many critics of the gospel that both pervert the Law and The Gospel to make their ignorant accusations.
The "Devil" ("HaSatan")- The Accuser (BTW) Rev.12:10/
Matt.6:12-And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

We have many examples of those who wrongly accuse the brethern within the Word.
In Job (Job34:8) we have some so called "friends" who are speaking evil in the name of God claiming that Job had not been pleasing to God thus he deserved what was happening to him, when nothing could be farther from the truth.(Rev.4:11) This may not have been intentional wrong doing on their part.
We have Daniel wrongly accused and put into the lions den.
We have Joseph wrongly accused and put into prision.
We have Yeshua Christ himself, wrongly accused and crusified.
We have the friends of Daniel- Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who were put into the fiery furnance.
We have many edifying stories of the enemy using this tactic.
1Cor.6:2 / 1 Cor.6:4
If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.

One story not heard in the cannon is the one of Susanna in a portion of Daniel which can be found in the Apocrypha.
********
As the story goes, a fair Hebrew wife is falsely accused by a pair of voyeurs. As she bathes in her garden, having sent her attendants away, two lusty elders secretly observe the lovely Susanna. When she makes her way back to her house, they approach her, threatening to claim that she was meeting a young man in the garden unless she agrees to have sex with them.
She refuses to be blackmailed, and is arrested and about to be put to death for promiscuity when Daniel interrupts the proceedings. After being separated, the two men are questioned about details of what they saw, but disagree about the tree which Susanna supposedly met her lover. The two trees differed so dramatically in size and appearance that it became obvious they were baring false witness. Thus they met the judgement for such.

Matthew 7
1Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. 6Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Comment
The critics murmured against HaShem (Moses and Aaron) in the wilderness, against Phinchas, Elijah, Elisha, Messiah, Paul, also wrongly persecuted Yoseph, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego....
