To perish or to inherite eturnal life? What does it mean to say never ending torment?

Mal.4:1-For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

Matt.10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (note the key word Destroy) destroy. apollumi, ap-ol'-loo-mee; from G575 and the base of G3639; to destroy fully (reflex. to perish, or lose), lit. or fig.

Revelation 3:5He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. (note: the phrase Blot out- to do away with) /Acts 3:19/

Deuteronomy 4:24For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

Isaiah 30:27Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:

Revelation 2:11He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. (Rev.20:6)
Revelation 20:14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

2nd death- Ecclesiastes 9:5For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. ....(Those who are blotted out at the final judgement will not even be remembered, it shall be as if they never even existed). When someone speaks what they say goes forth throughout all space and time (waves) yet that person isnt constantly saying this thing.

Study for yourselves:

Revelation 20:10And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Rev.14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. (Matt.25:41)  "the SMOKE OF their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever" . when something burns it burns until there is No more enegy left the Biproduct is smoke which ascends forever. Thus they perish but the torment being The Final state remains their final state "Forever and ever"
Ever here is the Greek term Aion and it has more than one use:
1)for ever, an unbroken age, perpetuity of time, * eternity
2)the worlds, universe
3)*period of time, age Some take a single view of this One verse^ and ignore the numerous others that contradict their view. This blog shows where all the scriptures on the subject agree.
Now find where this agrees with all comparing scriptures in truth. (Hebrew ideom/ There is an acrostic in the 37th Psalm (note/Ps.37:7,20,34) which is a verse describing the same! when describing the fat that drips off the lamb and the smoke that is the bi-product! The effect is everlasting of the lake of fire. Finie, Forever, Final, Over, done.(evermore)
an object burns until all the energy is released. It is then reduced to ashes which has no substance. The bi-product (smoke/tourment) ascends up and up (and blends into the air) this is a picture of their final state which is forever and ever they will never know another state cause they cease to exsist. This torment is greater than any could imagin for God is a consuming fire. (The flaming sword of truth.) One's eyes are open to the fact that they were wrong in every transgresion they committed and that they have not embraced that (atonement/Salvation of Yah) which frees them of such. The one who is already condemned to perish by name is Satan of which one of his names is the son of perdition (to perish/Heb. 12:29).

Ezekiel 28:18-19
18Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more. (Is.14:20)

1 Corinthians 15:53-54 /KJV/For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Corruptible- flesh - to age, able to get sick, open to wear and tear.
Incorruption- spirit- doesn't age, nor gets sick
Mortal- lieable to die
Immortal-eturnal
at the 7th trumpet (at an instant "twinkling of an eye") all shed the flesh ("will be changed"). We have both a flesh body and spirit body! Those who die of the flesh passover into the spirit realm (*Suggest: Where are the dead). A Spirit is incorruptible but must also put on immortality.
John 3:36

Mal.4:2-3 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts./review & comparison
(Sun?Vs.2- who is a consuming fire? Who is the light? Who is the Morning star? Luke 1:78, Duet.4:24, Duet.9:3, Heb.12:29, REV. 22:16

The 2nd death only happens at the End of the Lord's day. Those who take part of the 2nd death Perish which is Final and comes after torment (the realization they are damned). Sadly not all will embrace the sacrifice (to think we have some who still say all will be saved/lol). The smoke (bi-product) is the end and represents this being Forever a Final Judgement as to be finished when they are blotted out but such spirits cease to exsist after being consumed.(period) Another name for the devil (accuser) is DEATH Heb.2:14 Another one of his names is  Rev.9:11 /Apollyon - greek/ Abaddon- Hebrew/ which means to case to perish Partaking from this tree (knowledge of good and evil) brings death (Gen.2:17). After which one must partake of the tree of life (Yeshua/ Jesus) to live Gen.3:22) /conquer death/ 1 Cor.5:6,7,8 ...Throughout the Word this concept holds true that those who embrace death shall find it both physically and spiritually. Those who embrace Life shall find it. God is Just (Rev.19:1,2)

When one looks at a thing in a spiritual context such can be described as figurative or metaphoric seeing as what is spiritual is documented as unseen to the flesh.
We can give a spiritual context to a physical one. like for example a Phyisical Death (grave) can be liked unto a Spiritual death. The word does tell us of both of these deaths and may god open eyes and ears to the context of which he shares the facts of this subject.
Three types of context
1) PHYSICAL Grave
2) SPIRITUAL State of Death figurative
3) BOTH spiritual and physical (example when Christ says hell is like unto the Valley of Hinnom, in which is a place where Garbage, carcases, and such from the walled city was burned. This is a good discription of both the first and second death! (Discription of the state of tourment: Mk.9:43-48/ Is.66:24)

To each his own. If you want to rebel against your Father The LORD our God have a nice Trip! Reason we were created- Rev.4:11 - For his pleasure. Have you given The LORD pleasure? Or does he have no need for you? Matt 25:46 - eturnal punishment.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life.

Revelation 14:9-10 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: (Judgment time)

Ezekiel 18:4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die. (all souls belong to God to judge)

Psalm 5:4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.

Colossians 1:17:And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. (thus at his hand things can cease to exsist (Matthew 10:28) God is a consuming Fire)!

Isaiah 59:2/ Proverbs 15:29

Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Psalm 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. (sheol- grave)

Ps.37:20
But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.
Ezekiel 18:20
20The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

We both know what i say isn't important! The english use of the term hell is more than one term in the orginal context of the scriptures! The English use of the term has more than one use! 1) Physical grave! 2) Lake of Fire/ The Physical grave exsists today but the lake of Fire doesn't. I would like to refer you to my blog "where are the Dead"?! so as to the context of the question my answer is Yes and NO!;) Good Day!

So are you saying that hell exists at this point or that it will exist after the judgment to dispose of the wicked?
